The Bird Network: RevenueBird

What is it worth?

RevenueBird turns every alert into a dollar figure. It attributes orders to the AI engine that sent the buyer, learns what your store normally earns each hour, and prices every outage and every misquoted product against that baseline. One weekly ledger: earned from AI, lost to incidents, at risk, and the one move to make.

One suite, four questions

RevenueBird answers the fourth question: what is it worth?

  • Are you up?

    StatusBird

Monitors your storefront and the services it depends on, and alerts you the moment something goes down.

  • Are you found?

    PositionBird

Measures whether AI answer engines mention and cite your store when shoppers ask what to buy.

  • Are you chosen?

    ShopBird

Sends AI shopping for what you sell and verifies who gets recommended, with your real price and stock.

  • What is it worth?

    RevenueBird

Puts a dollar figure on every finding: AI-referred revenue by engine, the cost of each incident, and revenue at risk from misquoted products.

Monitoring tells you something happened. RevenueBird tells you what it cost.

How it works

How RevenueBird turns alerts into dollar figures

  1. 1Attribute

Every order, tagged with the engine that sent the buyer

The PositionBird pixel remembers when a visitor arrived from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot, and tags their checkout within seven days. Totals and products only, never customer details, and no order or customer API access.

  2. 2Baseline

Learn what a normal hour earns

From your own orders, RevenueBird builds an hour-of-week baseline: Tuesday 3pm earns this, Saturday midnight earns that. It adjusts for recent trend and tells you how confident it is.

  3. 3Price

Turn incidents and inaccuracies into dollars

When StatusBird reports a dependency outage, the window is priced against the baseline: expected minus actual, floored at zero. When ShopBird catches an engine quoting the wrong price, orders per day before and after the flag show what it cost.

What you get

What the weekly ledger tells you

  • AI-referred revenue by engine

Not visits: orders and dollars, split by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot, with week-over-week movement and the products those buyers actually bought.

  • Incident cost, automatically

StatusBird pushes each outage window to RevenueBird; the alert email gains an estimated cost so far, and the ledger keeps the final figure.

  • Revenue at risk from wrong answers

Every product ShopBird flags as misquoted is paired with its trailing revenue and the change in orders per day since the flag.

  • A weekly ledger in your inbox

Earned from AI, lost to incidents, at risk, and the one move that changes the biggest number. One email a week, no dashboard required.

  • Log incidents by hand

A discount code that stopped applying, a broken theme publish: enter the window and get the cost against your baseline.

Frequently asked questions

Questions merchants ask about RevenueBird

What is RevenueBird?

RevenueBird is the revenue attribution and incident cost module of the PositionBird Shopify app. It attributes orders to the AI engine that sent the buyer, builds an hour-of-week revenue baseline from your own orders, prices every outage window against that baseline, and emails a weekly ledger.

Does RevenueBird need access to my orders or customers?

No. PositionBird requests read-only product access only. RevenueBird's data comes from the PositionBird web pixel, which reports each completed checkout's total, currency, and products, plus the AI engine that referred the buyer if there was one. It never sends names, emails, addresses, payment details, or IP addresses, and it respects the visitor's analytics consent.

How is AI-referred revenue counted?

First-touch attribution within seven days. When a visitor lands from an AI engine (by referrer, or by the utm_source that engines like ChatGPT add to links), the pixel remembers the engine in the visitor's browser. If that visitor checks out within seven days, the order is attributed to the engine. One purchase consumes the attribution.

How accurate is the incident cost?

It is an estimate against your own baseline: expected revenue for the window, from the mean of the same weekday and hour over the last eight weeks adjusted for recent trend, minus what actually came in, floored at zero. Each figure carries a confidence label that rises from low to high as weeks of order history accrue.

How much does RevenueBird cost?

RevenueBird is included in the PositionBird Growth plan at $49 per month and the Scale plan at $79 per month, alongside AI visibility scans, competitor share of voice, Accuracy Alerts, and ShopBird. Both come with a free 7-day trial through the Shopify App Store.
